I got to see my little buddy Colton and his mommy, Katie last month for a fun shoot in Everett. Katie and Colton were among my very first clients when I started my business almost five years ago. Little Colton was just 2 months old when we first met and this was our eighth photo shoot together! We had a grand time exploring Forest Park which just happened to be hosting a children’s festival that day! Four-and-a-half year old Colton has turned into quite the character in the time since we first met… complete with mad scootering/light sabering/bug squishing skills : )
Like most four year olds, Colton knows all about Star Wars and that sticks make superb light sabers!

My most favorite thing about my work is that I get to see how much “my kids” grow and change over the years. I thought it would be fun to share some photos from previous shoots with Katie & Colton…. until I pulled up the files from the archives, that is! I forgot how painful it is to see my earliest work. It made me very, VERY thankful that Katie has stuck with me while I grew and changed too : )
